Our 10 year old Beagle isn’t the easiest to groom and I can always tell by his stress level when he gets home how it went. We have definitely found our groomer! Thank you

Absolutely a hidden gem! I haven't been in this store before COVID. Since then every time I have tried, it was closed. No fault of their own as I was always heading home from an agility trial and it was later. Last Saturday we were finshed early and decided to stop in. You really could spend a couple of hours here as there is so much to see and take in. Prices are pretty decent as well as the super friendly staff who were so kind and fawned over my whippet, Johnny. I bought way more then I needed but it is so good in here. The variety of toys, treats, food, etc is excellent and will 110% stop again if we can!

Great store with tons of foods, treats and toys for both dogs and cats. The owner is friendly and we even got a free bag of dog treats when we left, which was really nice. I feel like you can definitely find what you need here. It’s a smaller space packed with tons of products, so be sure to look in each nook and cranny.

Excellent customer care! They helped me with my request and even got a call when something needed clarification. Order arrived quickly and with a lovely little treat for my pup! I wish I lived close by so that I could visit!

I ordered online after seeing that they had this toy my cat LOVED and broke that has been discontinued. I ordered multiples, but received a quick call to let me know they didn't have as many in stock (I ordered 2 backups just in case). A lovely call experience! They issued a refund that day and shipped my order out the day after I placed it! I received my order super fast and they were so kind as to include a free gift (how did they know i needed a new leash?) And multiple dry food samples! After the years of searching for this toy, my cat could care less about it😅 but I would highly recommend this shop! ❤️

Searched everywhere for a duplicate of my cat’s favourite toy and finally found one at natural pet foods. I was hoping to order two toys online. They reached out to me to let me know they only unfortunately had one left and offered a refund, it was a super simple process.
